We sell sealed trading card game (TCG) products, packs, boxes, singles, live breaks/rips, and other collectibles (including Pokémon TCG, One Piece, Gundam, Jiu-Jitsu, and accessories).

- All TCG-related purchases (sealed packs, boxes, singles, live breaks/rips, or any products containing trading cards) are **final sale** and **unreturnable/non-refundable** for any reason.

- Pokémon items are explicitly **final sale** and **unreturnable**.

- Products are sold "as-is" for entertainment and collecting purposes only. Due to the random nature of sealed items and pack openings:

- No guarantees are made regarding specific cards, rarities, conditions, pulls, or secondary market value.

- All sales involve chance, similar to opening collectible items.

- This is **not gambling**; it is the purchase of authentic sealed or pre-owned trading card products for entertainment.

4. Payments, Shipping, and Taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. Payments are due at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees. Shipping times are estimates; we are not liable for delays, lost packages, or customs issues after handover to the carrier.
